Can walking replace regular workouts or going to the gym?

A MISCONCEPTION
I believe that walking is often underrated. That’s because it’s hard to believe that such a simple activity can return any results.

Obviously it depends on what your goals are. If you’re looking to build the perfect body and grow some muscles, walking alone won’t be enough.

Unfortunately we are made to believe that the only way to stay healthy is by following those difficult physical exercises.

And guess what! Everyone is different and at different stages. Therefore not everybody can get involved in such activities.

That’s the reason why many people quit even before getting started and choose to do nothing because their expectations have been set too hight.

MY GOAL
I’m writing this quick intro because I believe walking can make a difference.

It’s a great activity not only for your body, but for your mind and soul as well.

I’ve decided to go on a journey to discover more about the benefits of walking and how we can use them to improve our lives.
