Bottom line … “Make Walking A Habit” will do one thing, at least in the beginning. It will take you through a step by step process that will lead to regular 5-15’ walks, in 4 weeks time.

You’ll learn how to make walking a routine, celebrate your progress and do it all with minimal effort. After you finish you can move to the next level by applying the same principles.

That being said…

It doesn’t matter if you are a former athlete and can’t find the motivation to exercise again (like I used to be) or you are overweight, out of shape or a senior who is trying to exercise on a regular basis but can’t make it a routine.

  • maybe you hate going to the gym but still try it once in a while just to quit sooner rather than later
  • maybe you want to exercise on a regular basis but you always raise the bar too high and can’t keep it up for too long
  • or you simply can’t find that motivation to go out jogging for an hour each morning at 5:00AM

We are constantly bombarded with the “perfect body” type of advertising and we believe that training hard is the answer.

And it is, for some. It really depends on what you want.

But most are only looking for a healthy, fit and happy life.

Problem is, instead of aiming for that they jump directly to proficiency level.

Obviously that’s a difficult position to handle and almost impossible for someone who is not prepared.

This is not the answer for the 99%.

I truly love and respect the 1% but I’m not talking to them here.

I’m addressing the regular guy and girl who wants to transition from sitting on the couch when she gets back from work to exercising on a regular basis.

In the first week we’ll get to know each other better. We’ll learn about the importance of getting into the right mindset, establishing flow and how making everything visual helps.

Week 1 is all about preparation. Here we’ll set the foundation not only for week 2 but for the whole concept.



The second week is about habits. What they are, how they work and how we can use this knowledge to our advantage. We’ll do this by putting in practice one simple exercise: Getting dressed.



In week no. 3 we are going to go outside. We’re going to apply what we learned in the previous weeks and also get a bit more technical and learn about the right way to walk.

This is in preparation for week no. 4.



In the last week we’ll put it all together. If you applied everything up until now, this week will be a breeze.

Here you’ll actually start walking 5-15’. (THE GOAL)

It might sound a bit silly now: “Do I really need 4 weeks to walk 5-15′?” you might ask.

Well, in this program you do! Think about how many times you’ve started a workout program and failed to keep up with it.

Most likely it’s because you’ve skipped the first 3 steps (WEEKs).

Chances are you won’t fail this time because together we’ll turn the odds in your favour.
