Hey, I’m Peter, the author of “Make Walking A Habit” …
This is a brief presentation of the course. Here you can find out:
- WHAT IT IS
- WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR and..
- IF IT’s THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOU
I want to respect your time because it’s not worth going forward if you feel this won’t help.
* This course is ONLY for some and definitely NOT for everyone!
This won’t make you the next Instagram model or get you to compete in the olympics.
This will only help you go from none to one (and do it on a regular basis). If you’re not involved in any form of physical exercise as we speak but you really want to be, then you are probably in the right place.
NOTE: Walking can become a keystone habit (other good habits can derive from here). So if your goal is to have a great body, run a marathon or live to see your grandchildren then this course can be a great starting point.
Bottom line … “Make Walking A Habit” will do one thing, at least in the beginning. It will take you through a step by step process that will lead to regular 5-15’ walks, in 4 weeks time.
You’ll learn how to make walking a routine, celebrate your progress and do it all with minimal effort. After you finish you can move to the next level by applying the same principles.
That being said…
It doesn’t matter if you are a former athlete and can’t find the motivation to exercise again (like I used to be) or you are overweight, out of shape or a senior who is trying to exercise on a regular basis but can’t make it a routine.
- maybe you hate going to the gym but still try it once in a while just to quit sooner rather than later
- maybe you want to exercise on a regular basis but you always raise the bar too high and can’t keep it up for too long
- or you simply can’t find that motivation to go out jogging for an hour each morning at 5:00AM
These are all great things to do by the way but also the most common reasons why people fail.
Ironic, isn’t it …
Unfortunately so true!
We are constantly bombarded with the “perfect body” type of advertising and we believe that training hard is the answer.
And it is, for some. It really depends on what you want.
But most are only looking for a healthy, fit and happy life.
Problem is, instead of aiming for that they jump directly to proficiency level.
Obviously that’s a difficult position to handle and almost impossible for someone who is not prepared.
This is not the answer for the 99%.
I truly love and respect the 1% but I’m not talking to them here.
I’m addressing the regular guy and girl who wants to transition from sitting on the couch when she gets back from work to exercising on a regular basis.
And guess what? There is a process for that. I’ve put everything together in “Make Walking A Habit”.
You can do this with walking!
With time, you can use walking as your only form of exercise OR add to it once you feel comfortable with the current state.
You’ll have the knowledge to get to anywhere you want (as long as your body allows it).

P.S. Make this one count. What I teach inside this course can be applied in many other areas of your life.
Start with walking, take advantage of this great form of exercise and improve your current state.
Only after you feel comfortable with everything move to something else. I’m sure you’ll do great and it’s all possible through these simple yet powerful techniques.
“Patience” is the key here.
I believe it’s better to take things slow and have a 90% chance to succeed than rush everything and have a 90% chance to fail.
What do you think?
